Promoting the inclusion of disadvantaged adolescents through ICT
Our work
The I-TEEN project is an innovative and comprehensive initiative within the Erasmus+ programme, aimed at improving the educational experiences of secondary school students and valorising the work of teachers.
This project includes four distinct outcomes
E-learning course for students
This online course provides students with accessible and engaging learning materials, leveraging information and communication technologies (ICT). The course is designed to improve key skills, such as communication, digital literacy, and problem solving, through practical, real-life contexts.
I-TEEN European Web Resource Center
This online platform, which acts as a central hub, hosts all the project resources. It offers differentiated access for both students and teachers, is available in English, Italian, Spanish and Slovenian and is freely accessible. This platform ensures easy access to the project materials, promoting inclusiveness and participation.
Training Toolkit for teachers
This toolkit provides teachers with methodological guidance and practical activities to update their teaching methods. It supports the development of students’ ability to apply what they have learned in real-life scenarios and solve practical problems. Just like the e-learning course, the toolkit is ICT-based and refers to real-life experiences.
Role Game "Adults in stand-by"
A fun role-playing game that engages students in real-life scenarios. Students will solve problems related to cybersecurity and environmental sustainability and apply their key skills to make the right decisions. This hands-on approach promotes critical thinking, teamwork, and active learning.
Serving as a central hub, this online platform hosts all project resources. It offers differentiated access for both students and teachers, is available in multiple languages, and is freely accessible. This center ensures easy access to project materials, promoting inclusivity and reach.
Useful Marketing
Overall, the “I-TEEN” project aims to improve the quality of education by addressing the needs of both students and teachers.
By focusing on key competences, leveraging ICT and integrating real-life contexts, the project provides students with practical life and citizenship skills, while supporting teachers in delivering engaging and effective teaching. Through its holistic approach, “I-TEEN” contributes to the development of a supportive and conscious educational community.
